Pennsylvania Welcome Center on I-79, Dec 2009

I drove to Dover Delaware for this trip. On Wednesday they announced a big winter storm was on the way. I left Friday afternoon and drove to western Maryland, near Cumberland. Spent the night there, when I got up there next morning, my car was covered with 6 inches of snow. This is the first rest stop / Welcome Center you come to going north on I-79 from WVA.
