US Flag, New Orleans Sept 2005 Dec 20 2013 at 1:25am EST I was in New Orleans in 2005, two weeks after Hurricane Katrina. I was at a Our Lady Of Holy Cross College with Fire Departments from around the country. The flag hanging near the steeple captured my attention.
