Pismo Beach Sunset, December 14th

There's a Monarch Butterfly grove at a park in Pismo, so I went there to snap a few photo's Those pesky little things wouldn't come close enough for a decent shot, nor would they stay still long enough. A nearby path led to the beach though, so I spent much of my early evening there, waiting for the sun to set. As I was leaving, I snapped a few photo's and managed to frame the sun going down between this large piece of driftwood.
