| It is nine minutes 'till eleven am. lol. My mom went to a doctor's appointment for 8:15 am. I forgot what it was for. I got out of bed at about 7:45 am when my mom woke me up and I am thankful for it. I work at 7 am tomorrow and I am looking forward to learning more. It is quite peaceful at work honestly. I know it is because of daily prayer. God is faithful, for sure. It's a very beautiful day which is very weird. However, it will reach a high of 95 degrees. It's 87 degrees now at 11:10 am. So, the Big Beautiful Bill will be presented on the senate floor soon. White House Secretary, Pam Bondi, spoke well of the bill. Nevertheless, there are changes needing ratification and I pray it gets tweaked. Elsewhere, Trump is sticking to his guns with withholding funds from Harvard for tolerance of antisemitic behavior. Good for Trump! Yes! I do believe he is advancing for revoking VISAS to those who practice such behavior. I have not looked into the China tariff deal lately. I think Trump is making progress. China can't sustain the current tariff and it is harming them. Meanwhile, the fake news is spewing more lies and fabrications. So, the golden dome is in the works which was put into ordered by Trump. I believe It is Israel that has an iron dome. Trump has put a half-trillion-dollar AI infrastructure project into effect. Oh, and by the way, even Elon Musk said the biggest threat to humanity is AI! The future is scary! But Christins have nothing to fear. As my pastor said, things are not falling apart they're falling into place. We are living in exciting times, for sure! Everyday there is something new and direly significant. This administration is shaking up things like no other in history. And it's long overdue. Trump is no sissy or lacky. And I continually pray for the salvation of our current president. Like all the rest of true believers, our heart is for the unborn and we plead for God to put into power those who would stand up for the infants in the womb. Well, that's it for now. Bye bye! |
| I was delightfully surprised when I learned that Pete Hegseth, Mike Johnson among others have ordained a weekly prayer vigil in the White House. Perhaps there is hope for this nation, yet. On a like similar note, the Big Beautiful Bill will apparently be altered-something necessary as there is an amount of measures that need fixing. My mom and I have been praying for that recently. God ultimately put Trump in office and I believe God didn't meant for righteous to go forth just for this time. I think He meant it to affect the future for terms to come. The first thing that needs to go is abortion. National abolition is favored but that might happen later on, Lord willing. This point in time we are under God's judgement. But, As I have been pleading with God for change and revival, reconciliation is preferable than retribution. So, I plan to go early to the cafe to write down some pointers I've missed. All in all, things are going smoothly! The schedule is updated every Friday, two weeks in advance on the Paycom app. My first paycheck is on the 6th of June. As time goes on will ask for more hours, if I can convince my mom and stepdad. But that will be down the road from now. lol. Well, summer is here! It will reach the lower to middle 90's in the following week. Ugh. I still hope my mom will be consistent with picking me up after my shifts ends, as she said. If not I will use a Lyft. It is a six-minute commute by car but ten to fifteen minutes walking to or from work. I've been listening to pure worship lately. Listening to suitable and inoffensive secular music is fine as long as you don't only listen to it. The Word says to make melody in our hearts to the Lord. This coincides with having your mind stayed on God. Other such points include prayer and communion with God, scripture focusing and being positive in one's thought. This entails actively not passively doing these things. In other words, you have to make a conscious effort apply these things. Well, that is it for me. Bye!  |
| So, besides the job I just got, not much is happening. lol. I have not written fiction in a while and I regret it. On the political spectrum, Trump's Big Beautiful Bill needs to pass the senate. While there are a lot of good things in the bill, there are bad things too. The biggest advantage is a large tax that would become permanent. So that's a plus. Off the top of my head I can't identify the bad parts. Nevertheless, they are there. My mother and I are praying for national spiritual revival and that God would not judge our land but that He would purge it, specifically abortion. May God have mercy on our souls. So, my boss, Kassie, has changed my schedule from Tuesdays through Thursdays 7am to 12 pm to Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday the same hours and times. Apparently, it is less busy on weekends except for the morning rush. This Tuesday the cafe is having an after-Memorial Day event and one-thousand customers will be served! Thank God for Kassie for changing my schedule! I am still in training, and I am comprehending most things. I just need to write down the shelf life of certain things like pastries and teas. I'm looking forward to operating the register, both at the window and the counter. But I think I am still a good month at least to do that part. To combat anxiety, I have been focusing on the Lord, which has helped me a lot. Oh, and my Paycom app has been updated! I now have immediate access to my hours and days on my phone as well as paycheck confirmation. Checks are paid out biweekly and the next payday is on the 6th of June. Which is also my birthday! I still have to call the social security office to let them know I have a job. I will be required to report my monthly wages each month. Once I get well-grounded with the job process, I am thinking of doing more hours. I do not know when that will be. The weather been very moderate. We're not even in the mid-nineties yet. When it does reach those temperatures, my mom will pick me up from work. Ironically, it is less busy in the summer. When school starts, it will get busier. Well, I'll be back tomorrow. Bye bye! |
| Well, it is official-I am going of the next schedule as of the following week! Lots of kudos to the general manager. She is so nice and patient! She's cute too. lol. There is a 90-day probation period. I will be working 3 to 4 days a week at $9.25 an hour. They will be 5 hour days-7 am to 12 pm. I'm very excited and eager to start. I will have the pleasure of up to 3 free coffee or tea drinks per shift. I can't wait to start witnessing to my coworkers. I'm even thinking of inviting them to church in time. I am improving my touch typing. I just did three internet posts from my digital outreach boss. I had fun typing. lol. I need to get back to writing again. I've resolved to at least update my blog everyday. That is easier to commit to for starters. For the first time I've listened to Jack Hibbs early morning podcast at 5 am. I was with my mom and my stepdad at that time. I forgot what was said, actually. lol. I woke up like exactly 5 am. So, it was perfect! And then there is the news-oh boy! Everyday, there is a monumental occurrence, specifically with the strides that Trump is making. I'm hoping that the Big Beautiful Bill goes through. It includes no tax on tips, overtime and SSI benefits as well as further tax cuts. Trade with China is moving forward so that's a plus. The CCP has been the biggest usurper of US funds. Trump is doing things that past presidents have just spoke of doing. And no matter how much good he does for the US, the left and mainstream media will blast him. How sad. |
| Oh, what a day! So, yesterday I got an email response from the cafe! I had to fill out an application for technical purposes. The email I got was from my resume. Next thing I have to do is answer some questions from an email link, but it asks for an account to be made. I need to check it with the head manager of the cafe. I have her number to text her. She is at a doctor 's appointment so I will contact her later. Tonight is women's prayer session. I need to contact Shelly about the Big Beautiful Bill to pass so they can pray about it. It needs to be prayed for continually and not just from the women. My church has group prayer night is on every third Saturday night of the month. It needs to be prayed for. There are vital things in the bill like tax cut and other measures as well. It is amazing how things are coming out international stage on the news. Everday it is something new! The last thing in the news was the attack on Israel from Iran. But Israel retaliated by bombing Yemen. God bless Israel! Donald Trump is making waves. lol. He is constricting China in a chock hold with the tariffs. They cannot hold out much longer. As trump cited in front of the fake news, the economy is fine and that there is no alarm of a recession. lol. |
| So, I just got back from the Nevada Health district to get my food handler's card. I passed the test with an 85%! Now I just need to wait for that call back from the cafe. I was further told after I called them back the first time, I am supposed to hear from them by tomorrow. So, now it is a matter of waiting for a callback. But, if I do not get the job, God has something more suitable for me. lol. It's been really rainy lately-which I love! It's quite overcast not so hopefully it will rain more. I've been reading news updates on my MS home page. The Israeli Defense force plans to displace southern Gaza which could take a few months to complete. Also, Iran launched a missile strike on Isreal yesterday. No one was killed but about twenty people were injured. It seems that something is happening in the news everyday! It's crazy! Oh, and by the way, in regard to the naysayers, Trump's tariffs are working! lol. China's economy is floundering. One-third of China's consumer base comes from the US. Virtually all nations around the world have come to make deals with Trump. (= The Biden administration did consequential damage to almost every vector of the US's vitality. Hence, it may take some time to get things on track. We, the people, need to trust Trump and wait for a turnaround. However, things in the economical arena have already improvements like the cost of groceries and gas prices. There has been a tremendous revival in Huntington Beach in California! A lot of Christians, particularly Jack Hibbs church, have been praying fervently for revival in the US in the large state. My own family prays about three times a day and revival is a paramount prayer point. We're praying for the success of Steve Hilton that he will be the next governor of California. | I am stoked! I just had very short interview and I should be getting a call on Monday or Tuesday from a cafe. It may be a challenge because it is fast-paced. But the Lord will help me. (= In any case, I will be bringing extra meds. It's a part time role that pays $9.25 an hour. I'll be working from 7 am to 12 pm, three to four days a week. I explained my SSDI situation and how the trial work period but I think the interviewer didn't take it in. lol. Oh, well, I'll remind them. So, I calculated the hours and pay over a month and I will be making at most about $960. I was counseling people like I always do. One guy felt like he was alone and isolated. I have felt this way before. I dealt with this as a teenager. I feel fatigued for some reason. I'm going to stop here. God bless! |
| So I just dropped off my resume at the coffee shop. Fortunately, I believe the manager was there! I hope I get a call from them in a week or so. On my way back to my house, I prayed over two teenagers! It was short but sweet and after the prayer, they heartily thanked me. What a blessing, both ways. I offered to pray for a young lady, but she refused. Hopefully, my mere approach will affect her. I am still waiting for two applications to get back to after I applied on Wednesday on the Indeed job search engine. Usually, they get back to me in the first or second day. Oh, well. It is what it is. lol. I have to be patient and positive. Well how much more can I say? It's a beautiful day. The temperature is just right! I did feel a little hot when I walked into the house. It's a little breezy but that is a good thing. lol. Apparently, it was supposed to rain today, but the sky is totally clear. It did sprinkle a bit yesterday. My stepdad, Jim, is getting surgery and blood injections in both knees and his left shoulder-all because of pickleball. lol. Today was his first day back since his nearly two-week time off. The physician is a brother in Christ and he is not charging us. We met him at the pickleball accident. Praise God for that! I was reading that the majority of Californians do not support Gavin Newson to run as the Democrat 2028 presidential nominee. This man does not have the best in mind for this country. The Democratic part is in disarray and their approval rating is at an all-time low. Latisha James is being charged for fraud after accusing Trump of the same thing! How Ironic. My mom has been watching Charlie Kirk lately. He completely shuts down all who try to trap him. He goes to universities debating things regarding politics, culture, spiritual matters, intellectual points and so on. Well, that's it for today! Chow! |
| So, I made a Writer's Cramp yesterday-the first in over two weeks. My entry didn't win, but at least I wrote it. lol. I began the beginning of my proofread of my novel. My plan is to edit it one hour day. My hope is that I will be able to write a story and do editing every day. So, something happed on Sunday. While playing pickleball, which is basically tennis mixed with ping pong. My stepdad fell twice and hurt his knee. As of today, he got his MRI scheduled for today. Thanks Jesus! Apparently, the results will come as early as this Friday. Hopefully, it will only need therapy. Again, thanks be to God, we got the referral the same time as the initial appointment that happened today. Understandably, he is taking the week off from work for a week. Our extra solar panels were worked on today. However, the workers found an issue-there are lots of broken tiles and 400 more tiles are needed. The house was built in 2001, so it is kind of understandable. Sunrun, the company we went with, will supply the roofing too. I haven't played a video game in months! Honestly, I would rather write or learn Excel. My best friend finally called me! It's been almost a year. Apparently, I offended him on the phone-something about ignoring him on the phone. Hopefully, we will resume regular contact and conversation. He and his family are going through a tough time financially. It's been this way for years. I plan to send them a check to support them. My friend is part of a family of three, with his younger brother who does the bills and contributes most to the situation. He alone is the Christian in the family. I hope he and his family get out of this predicament soon. So, as any up to date with culture and entertainment, Snow White staring Rachel Zegler, was a catastrophic flop! It took approximately at least $150,000,000 to $250,000,000 to produce. lol. It appears she is quite the hot head. She lauded the movie as less of a love story and more of a feminine empowerment plot. Real dwarves were not used. Rather, they used CGI for the little characters. lol. I do think I am improving my touch typing! And it's fun too! Wel, that's that! See yah! |
| Today was church service and it was my first time sitting by my friend, Nate. He's a good guy. I took him to eat at Inn "N Out afterwards. lol. I like him because he is very easy to talk to. He voiced his interest in going shooting at the range. One thing or another has kept us from Going. So, at church I got prayer from a brother about my job situation. I told him I am thinking of getting a data entry job. He said it is a boring job, but I am looking to obtain a remote entry level job. I checked it out on Google and data entry is one of the top fewest online jobs. Another job is a virtual assistant. In one way or another, these jobs overlap. For example: data entry may include administration duties. One thing I have noticed is that most DA jobs come with training, a few with paid training! Nevertheless, I am sure some type of knowledge is needed. I am officially a touch typist! I have been averaging 20 words a minute. lol. Apparently, it will take several months to achieve truly see significant results. My mom showed me a just breaking news update from Israeli reporter named Amir. I forget his last name. He confirmed that Iran has acquired enough uranium to build six nuclear bombs! President Trump has given the head of Iran an ultimatum: don't make any or else. The man has disregarded the warning and is continuing with its efforts. A potential war may break out. We are definitely in amazing times! Every day is something new. The world is changing rapidly and we need to stay informed and engaged. Jesus is coming soon! We have to be ready and willing to face hard times. Well, that's it for me. Chow! |
