Writing.Com 101

Premium members and above may create their very own web presence with Writing.Com Web Pages. Post a detailed biography, upload your resume or display your favorite item in your choice of format ... the creative possibilities are endless! This is the only item on Writing.Com where both WritingML and HTML work seamlessly together.

Web Pages are hosted in your Writing.Com portfolio, just like any other item on Writing.Com. This makes it very easy to create, edit and update your page anytime you want! If you are interested in checking out some Web Pages by other members, you can find them by clicking on Browse by Type in the navigation under the Writing.Com logo and choosing Web Pages.

Web Page items are created just like any other item type on Writing.Com. There are two methods for creating and saving them. You can select the Writing link in the navigation under the Writing.Com logo, then scroll down and click on Web Page. Or, you can go to your Portfolio and select Create Item just below your Portfolio tab. Select Web Page from the links that drop down. In either case, follow the instructions in the Create a Web Page Item window.
