PROMPT: I don't think it's possible to fall in love and not be happy about it. Write about a time you found happiness falling in love. (This doesn't have to be about romantic love)


After a miserable time with two marriages, a miserable time with two rebellious children, I found myself alone. I spent several years alone, worked three jobs at one point. Then eventually I decided to venture out into the new, at that time, online dating world. I met my current husband. We fell in love back in the turn of the Y2K crazies and have been together ever since.

Life has not been all rosy, there have been a lot of challenges. But we persist. We love each other deeply and will forever.
