Katy Perry Firework Song

I love this song but the video is different.A plastic bag blowing in the wind. When I had my bowel obstruction surgery and I had been on a breathing tube for 6 days, I felt like that afterwards. I had to learn to walk again and I felt like a Firework once I got back to normal. I guess you could call it normal but it wasn't easy.

The lyrics. Being 6 feet under, I almost didn't make it. I survived my bowel obstruction. The video. Shooting off fireworks. We just had the fourth of July. I watched Fireworks from my window from a town close by. The video had a woman giving birth. A little girl in a hospital gown and people swimming, eating and celebrating the Fourth. Fireworks in the background. The video is strange but I do like the song even though the video was strange.

This is a song I enjoy singing. A boyfriend being a Firework. I have had boyfriends like that. Watching Fireworks, we can think happy things. Sad thoughts. America is not great or happy but we pray and hope the politicians will just care a little. I do enjoy fireworks.

I remember Dick Clark on Bandstand. I give it a 9. The singer has a great voice. The instrumental part is good. Easy to dance to and listen to.
