If you miss this deadline or choose not to compete, you must still log the assignment complete (without linking your work) for the grand prize, per the standard Prep guidelines. -------------------------------------------------------------- As Harold rested against the tree at the edge of the forest clearing, He took in a deep breath of fresh air. He could smell the fresh pine trees, a scent he had loved since he was a small child. He could feel the breeze drift softly across his skin. The leaves of the trees softly rustling and several birds chirping from different distances rang in his ears. He looked up at the rays of sunshine shining through the trees. He couldn't remember feeling so relaxed since the beginning of the war. It was like the calm before a storm. |
