A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Another Mixture of Time It has happened again, and I’m sure it will happen again. What am I trying to convey? It’s what I have done today regarding my writing. There have been a lot of days when I mix up my days with my writing. What that means is that I often don’t write for several hours or all day, shift, etc. Sometimes it’s one, two or three times a day. Today has been one of those sometimes. My brother and I always have something we need to do on Wednesday mornings, and it’s about two PM WDC time before we accomplish it. That is what happened today, as usual. Usually, I have the rest of the afternoon and evening to get my writing done before I start writing my blog entry for that day. That isn’t the way it worked out today. Today, I had something else that I needed to do. Normally, it’s what my brother and I need to do that day, and my brother was there with me, but what I had to do in the middle of the afternoon was because of me. I had an eye appointment today. As a result, I only had about an hour to work on my Episode Three Story Outline for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. I only had five more paragraphs to write to end that Story Outline, and that’s how many paragraphs I got written in that hour. Unfortunately, that’s all I got written in that hour. When my brother and I got home from my eye appointment to get some new glasses, I started working on the Episode Four Story Outline for this project. Unfortunately, I only had about another hour to work on it before we had to do the final thing we needed to do for the day, find something to eat. After we ate, I had another hour to work on my writing. I will usually have a little bit of time to work on my writing after I eat my dinner. Unfortunately, it’s usually only about fifteen minutes to half an hour. Today it was about an hour. That doesn’t happen too often, but it does happen. Between eating and not eating, I got another seven paragraphs written today, aka the Episode Four Teaser Act. That’s right, overall, I only got twelve paragraphs written today. Five paragraphs to end Episode Three of my Water Wars scriptwriting project, and seven for my Episode Four Story Outline. Twelve paragraphs don’t read like a lot of paragraphs written, but it is to me. That means that I got three, four, or five paragraphs written each hour that I had the time to write today. Hopefully, I can get more than that tomorrow and Friday. It would be nice if I finished writing these Paragraph Story Outlines before the end of this week. |
