Behind the cobwebs of my mind
And into the past ...

I was sitting in front of this monitor today and suddenly, I recalled an old, really old event that had occurred in my childhood. Let me tell you about it now. I felt strongly about it then, and I feel strongly about it even now, after a gap of almost 32 years.

It was the day my mother died.

I know, this isn't exactly a very happy or easy thing to talk about, and most readers find it boring and at times, even nauseating to read lurid details of another person's grief and sorrow.

But believe me, I am not going to cry or write a tear-jerker of a piece. The intention of this item is to write about what I, a 12 year old felt on hearing about the demise of my mom.

I do not suffer from insanity. I positively enjoy every moment living it!
