Community, My Town Where I Live

Prompt: If my community or hometown reads my Blog tomorrow. This is what I have to say.

Our town is small. I work midnights and sleep during the day so I don't see a lot of people in town. Everyone in town heard about me being in the hospital and knew about my extensive bowel obstruction and hernia surgery and that I could have died. Everyone asked my husband about me. I thank you for thinking of me.

I was at the County Fair even though I was sick. I saw I got a Champion Ribbon on my Scrapbook about my cat. My husband works on starters and alternators off cars and tractors and his business is small but he does alright.

The Bank has been bought out by another Bank Firm again. The High School is doing a Veteran's Day Pancake breakfast, My parents will be there as Dad is a Vet and went to Viet Nam three times. The Fish Fry was good as usual.

The corn fields and mint fields are bare now as winter will soon be here. I hope winter is mild. The family farm is up for sale. My husband and his family don't have time to farm as they have other jobs. We hope to sell it before next summer. That is all the news I know. Thanks for reading.
