The Rainbow Is Missing A Color

Prompt: Activists are campaigning to remove a color from the rainbow. Which color is it? What is their argument?

Yellow. It is boring and doesn't stand out like pink, green, blue or lavender. Yellow represents the sun but it is boring as a color. A yellow dress is drab. Add blue, red, pink, lavender {not all at once of course, individually} and color says it all. Yellow reminds one of a caution light. Yellow doesn't blend well with the contrast. I don't think yellow will be missed in the rainbow. The other colors are vibrant and stand out. Double rainbows are gorgeous and no one will notice yellow took a walk.
