Bad Habits
Prompt: Do you have any bad habits that you really need to break? How do you go about changing them?
I eat the wrong foods. Like chocolate and sugar. I need to eat less of these. I need to eat more fiber. I keep a bowl of carrots in the refrigerator and go by and munch on a handful. I should eat more bananas.
I worry too much. I need to worry less and quit stressing about work and diseases. I see my Doctor regularly. I am doing okay for now. I do get mad at times about work and I need to let things go.
I shop a lot but I am trying to stay home more and spend less money. I bought a Smart Phone so I will need to save money to pay the bill. I bought the less expensive plan but I do need to be careful. I plan on taking less shopping trips.
