Prompt: what was your most memorable New Year's Eve and why?

The first New Year's Eve my husband and I had after we were married, his family and him and I went to a local bar. We didn't over do the drinking. This blonde girl who was a family friend and had a crush on him, kissed him at Midnight. When I pointed this out to him, he asked me what about the guy who kissed me? This guy kissed all the women at Midnight. The good news is, the blonde girl who kissed him later dated his brother and became my friend. Sadly, she died earlier this year. We did have a good time that New Year's Eve dancing and being with his family.
