Prompt: If you could sit down with any criminal, past or present, what would you ask them and why?

I would want to talk to John Dillinger. I would want to ask him why he robbed banks and killed people. I would ask him if it was worth it. John Dillinger had several hang outs in Indiana {he stayed in a house with some woman next to my great grandparents}.He would drive by and wave at my great grandparents and tip his hat at them. They would wave back and they never told anyone until years later after Dillinger's death. I would thank Dillinger for not harming my great grandparents. I would ask him why did he trust the lady in red who worked with the police to get him gun downed. I love that Johnny Depp played Dillinger. My son met Johnny Depp when he was filming "Public Enemy No. 1" in Crown Point, Indiana. I got two snap shots of Johnny Depp that were taken by my son. Dillinger and Johnny Depp have a connection for me.
