Fray At The Edges, Unconditional Love
BCOF Prompt: What does it mean to fray at the edges? Lyn wanted us to write about this.

Fray at the edges. I get older and I have some health problems. I have slowed down. I don't sleep well lately. When I was younger, I feel like I fray at the edges due to problems of lack of money, bad times at my job and my husband and I have more money now that we are older. I haven't had a book published in 10 years. I don't have the ambition I used to. I feel frayed at the edges and I have seen others the same way. Like politics? They are really frayed. The mentally ill people I take care of. I feel sorry for them. No one leads a charmed life. We all feel frayed at times.

Blog City Prompt: Joy asked us about unconditional love.

It means to love someone no matter what they do. With my ex-boyfriends, drinking, doing drugs, cheating on me, stealing from me and lying. Who wants to marry a person and like that? So I broke up with them. You can over look a few things but not the things I just mentioned that one person is. Unconditional love as it's limits. Children. WE love them unconditionally and close family members. Guess we have to. We want to be loved unconditionally, so it is give and take. Unconditional love isn't easy but most things aren't. I weigh the good with the bad and good wins out.
