Prompt: Which is more important? What you say or how you say it?

What you say or how you say it can hurt either way. Some people can insult you like they are being nice. That is worse then a person just insulting you. Depends on the scenario and what is said. There is a nice way of saying something and a bad way. I get this at my job all the time from staff and patients. I have to watch how I say things. I want to help my patients. Not make them feel they aren't worthy. I say something blunt but in a helpful way, not a hurtful way.

Prompt: Does inspiration come from unresolved tension?

If I wanted to write a crime or horror story and someone makes me upset, I could write a story in this genre. I like fiction so increased tension doesn't help my inspiration. Just gets me in a down mood.
