Day At The Zoo
My husband and I went to the zoo in South Bend, Indiana. This is a small zoo. I love the zoo. The first time we saw were orange tigers. There were 3 of them. I love tigers. We got to see two lions. The one was growling. He was trying to say he was king. I looked into his eyes and he didn't look dangerous. I wish I could have hugged him.

We went to a petting zoo. A goat tried to eat my sweater. There was a noisy horn billed bird. He was jumped on the branches to look on me and he chewed some bark on a branch he was sitting on. There was a big 400 pound tortoise. There were prairie dogs and otters. There was a red panda fox. We saw a snow leopard and she was supposed to have had babies but I didn't see her cubs. Gunther, a bob cat wasn't there this year. I would run my fingers around the glass and he would press his body next to the glass and it was like he was playing with me. I missed him not being there. There was a brown bobcat instead this time. There was a spotted leopard. He was pacing.

We saw a porcupine. He was behind glass. I enjoyed seeing the kangaroos and chimpanzees. There was a big ole ant eater. There were some wild dogs and buffalo. They had some flamingos and they were loud. We saw some pot bellied pigs. I think they are cute. There were ducks and black swans. There was also a little zebra and an ostrich.

We stopped at the gift shop and I had to buy a stuffed lion. I wish they had more animals but I liked what I got to see.
