Promptly Potter Chapter Titles Day 8
Chapter Title: The egg and the eye

Harry takes the Golden Egg to the prefect's bathroom to listen to it's song.

The woman got up to make breakfast for her family.
She fed the dog and she turned on the CD Player and
listened to 70's music. FOX ON THE RUN was playing
and she started to dance and sing. She loved this song.

The eggs looked like eyes as she cooked. Her husband was
up and he was in the bathroom and was singing TAKE THIS
JOB AND SHOVE IT. The woman laughed. The kids were up and
came down for breakfast. Today would be a good day she thought.

Wait. This was just a memory. Her husband had left her years
ago and she lived in a mental health facility. She had a break down.
Her husband left her for another woman. Her children had deserted
her as well. So she watched TV and went to counseling and took her pills.

The woman watched Harry Potter movies and she pretended she was a witch
and someday she would get even with her husband. She looked at the fried
egg's eye she was eating and pretended her fork was a wand. She said some
words of a curse. Her husband find himself in a dark cave with strange creatures.

She heard him yelling and the strange, ugly creatures were torturing him.
They told her she was well enough to go home to her house. She smiled. If
they only knew. Anyone who crossed her would end up like her husband. She
didn't even need a wand. Wasn't magic beautiful? She could rule the world!

A beautiful Sig of me by best friend Angel for St. Pats Day.
