Summer is here,
It is the heat we fear,
As triple digit temperatures rise.

The homeless now swelter,
As they look for shelter,
From deadly triple digit temperatures.

Turn on the local weather forecast and imagine the current conditions taken to the extreme. Write a blog entry about one aspect of it. Have fun with it.

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, so I don't have to take the current weather conditions to extreme. It's summer here and the temperatures are extreme. Right now, according to News 3 weather1 it's only 106, but over the past week it's been higher then that and it will get higher in the near future. Temperatures of over 110 degrees aren't unusual for Las Vegas. Of course, temperatures in Death Valley are worse which is why most people don't go to Death Valley in the summer. Instead they come to Las Vegas.
