Take a Chance and Dance

Writing is a dance,
a waltz of mind and soul
that flows across the page
becoming metaphors and similes,
lines and stanzas,
paragraphs and pages.

Take a chance and dance,
as if no one one was watching
they're probably not.

How do I dance with my writing? I attempt to experiment with different poetry forms, genres, and subjects I try to go beyond my comfort zone by writing about things I've never written about or at least things I've been cautious about putting in my stories and poem.
