Welcome To My Reality Prompt Entries:

1. What was your most precious childhood possession?

Barbie Dolls and Chatty Cathy. I love dressing my Barbies in new clothes. I had to have Skipper, Midge, Ken, her car, her house, baby sister Tutti and I still love collecting vintage modern day Barbie replicas. I used to work as a QMA, like a Nurse and I have 2 nurse uniforms. That's how nurses should still dress.

Chatty Cathy is a doll I still love. My porcelain need new batteries and my smaller version still talks and I love her as well.

2. What was your favorite childhood shows and characters?

Captain Kangaroo. I love the Captain, Mr. Moose, Dancing Bear, Mr. Green Jeans and Rabbit. I liked Bozo and Garfield Goose. I liked Cupcake. I enjoyed Scooby Doo and Top Cat. The Pink Panther. How cool was he? There was a Captain Tugg Show I liked. I liked Mickey Mouse, Minnie and Bugs Bunny.

3. What were your favorite picture books when you were a child?

I liked Fairy Tales not picture books. My mother would read to me. I liked books about Barbie and Chatty Cathy.

4. What things did you create when you were a child?

Mom helped me sew hearts with lace on a Valentine Box. I liked creating different outfits for my Barbie. I made things out of clay like a horse, swing, girl and cat.

5. What places do you remember from childhood?

Living in a stacco house by a desert in Arizona. Living in Washington D.C. and seeing the Washington Monument, Thomas Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial and capitol. Seeing Mt. Rainer in Washington. Seeing Nashville, Tennessee and meeting Loretta Lynn.

All the hills in Arkansas. Living in a farm town in Indiana.

6. Have you ever felt embarrassed by things you used to like?

Yes. A couple of ex-boyfriends. Some clothing styles I used to like. Wrestling. Why on earth did I like that sport? It was dumb.

7. Do you wish you could return to moments from your past?

Yes. I would like to be 17 again and start my college years over, I wouldn't have gone into Nursing. I would have taken writing seriously back then and earned a English Degree and Literature Degree.

I would like to relive my wedding, Beauty Pageants I was in and being with my grandparents and enjoyed living in Washington State and Tennessee when I was a kid.

8. Was there a toy you wanted as a child but never got?

Yes. A Snow Man Ice Cone Making Machine and a Easy Bake Oven. I never got them.

9. What objects tell the story of your life?

My scrapbooks. I scrapbook everything. At least I used to. I collect dolls, tea pots, wolf statues and I have autographs of people I have met. Books I like. You can tell I am a Jane Austen Fan. Clothes I like to wear. I like to be stylish.

10. What are your best sleep over memories?

Staying up tell ghost stories. My cousin and I hung her brother's Teddy Bear. Shame on us. I love Teddy Bears. Watching TV shows until midnight.
