Summer Solstice or Winter Solstice depends on where you live and how you see the day.

Does color change your mood? Which colors affect you the most if they do?"

There is scientific, empirically reviewed and researched data that people are happier during the summertime. The research suggests that there us a correlation between lack of sunlight and seasonal affective disorder, a type of depression that sets on in winter. As humans we are directly linked to the sun. All life depends on the sun for energy. Plants convert sunlight into sugar, which we then eat. When there is less sun in the winter we get depressed. Some believe the sun is our main source of vitamin D, and that we have a vitamin D deficiency in winter, which leads to depression. The jury is still out in the case. However there is definitely a correlation between sunshine and mood change.
