Kindness matters
Kindness matters, costs nothing, gives no burden, lasts for a lifetime.

I shared this on facebook in a comment to Christine Navidad (who I met through WdC years ago).

Because I joined MHWA and will be commenting in blogs ... as always ... I need to keep this in mind. People struggling with mental health issues seldom need anyone to be mean. Most already have, or have had, mean (or just plain clueless) people in their lives.

It will be a struggle to be consistently kind and restrained (a bigger issue for me) on my part.

Off to shower and leave. I may add more later...
