January 7, 2020 Only one thing left on my bucket list
PROMPT January 7th

I used to have a bucket list, but I dumped it a long time ago. Most of the things on the list I've accomplished, others I simply outgrew and am no longer interested. The only thing in the back of my mind that I haven't given up on is zip lining.

The timing just never seems to be right. It will happen. Probably this summer. It doesn't really take any skill or training. My husband has no interest in trying it, he thinks I'm crazy. I've talked to most of my friends about it and they all think it is crazy too, which sort of surprised me. I know we are getting older but I thought one would have a little adventure left in their soul. I know my son would do it but he is always so busy with work and the kid's sports.

I have always approached life with enthusiasm. I rarely do things in half measure. But whatever new adventure I embark on tends to give me tunnel vision to the exclusion of all else. Even though I still seek to grow and learn something new every day, I am now more focused on bringing more balance to my life. But it has been pretty quiet and cerebral lately, hence the renewed desire to zip line.

Anyone game?
