I was afraid to write a book and try to get ot published. A nurse I worked with told me you go with more then one publisher. I tried writing, took classes and have 2 published books. I am not Danielle Steel and I will never be famous but I am okay with that. I write her at WDC. I fear things in the world but I pray to God for help. He is here for us. I don't have any dreams at this time. I just want to be well and get throught the winter. I like to go out shopping once in awhile. At my nursing job, I had fears. I managed to do a good job. Experience got me through it and I had to believe in my heart that I can do it. I did. I learned to do scrapbooking and got a Degree in it. Crafts can be hard but you love to do it, you can. Follow your heart and forget your fears. We will always have fears but we need to let our heart lead us and pray to God and we got this. |
| I saw my Doctor today. My A1C is good. My husband and I went to Mejer. We went to Home Goods. I bought a red and pink Nutcracker. I bought a white porcelain cat sitting in a pillow. We bought some snacks. Going to rain tonight. Winter rain. Hopefully, January will be a quiet month. How was your day? |

| Not a very exciting day. No snow or rain. I read Taylor Swifts husband to be bought an island in the Bahamas. She is 36 and getting married. Wasn't she just a kid yesterday? She got a career and now she does the marriage thing. Taylor and Travis have everything. Maybe there are unhappy things about them we don't know. I don't have an island in the Bahamas. We have 2 acres of land and our yard is nice in the summer. I am content to lead a private life. |
| I vacuumed today. I did laundry. My cousin text me. She has had the flu all week. She couldn't have New Years with her family. My uncle had heart surgery and is still recovering. I haven't seen her in 2 weeks since we did our gift exchange I feel lonely. I saw my other cousin at Christmas. He is doing well No snow. It is 20 Degrees. Not feeling my best. Praying for good things for everyone. |

Dancing to Johnny Cash music with your family in the kitchen while doing the dishes. Some good stories. Pictures of family members, Jesus and Queen Elizabeth on the entertainment center. There are stories for everything in your house. Everyone has a story. Every face tells a story. Write from life. Look around your house. You will be surprised at what stories you will come up with. |
| Getting it right in 2026. I hope the President gets the leaders of Ukraine and Russia to stop the war. I hope we are done with Government shutdowns. I hope Trump stops being a bully and makes America great again. I hope politicians start caring . I hope animal abuse comes to an end. Personal things about me. I hope my health problems get better. I don't have serious ones at this time but they are annoying. I want to go to Church more. I need to read more and scrapbook my mother's pictures. I am trying to sell my mother's house. I hope to enjoy life and find happiness and be at peace with things. I hope to see my cousins more and my friends as well. I pray 2026 will be great and we can all find happiness. | Six Interesting Facts About Me: 1. My father was in the Air Force and we moved around a lot. We lived in Maryland, Arizona, Tennessee and Arkansas. I have lived in 17 different houses in my lifetime. We lived by country singers Bobby Harden in Tennessee. He had a sister Arlene who was famous in Nashville. We lived next to Nashville. On the other side, lived a General who was MacArthurs private physician in the war. One day, General MacArthur's wife came to visit the Generals wife. Mom was good friends with the Generals wife. The General was a grouch. My grandparents came to visit and we saw Loretta Lynn in person and she had a rodeo. I got to get her autograph and talk to her. She was so nice. We saw her shopping at JC Penney shopping in Nashville the next day. I met the Base Commander. He was nice. 2. I was an only child. I found out I had a sister when I was 42. She came looking for us. I love her but we are as different as day and night. She is Dad's daughter. She lives in Florida. We have visited her and she has visited us in Indiana. I accepted her. My parents, our father is dead but we still keep in touch 3. My parents and I saw JFK in person and the astronauts Grissom and Young. Mom was friends with country singer Bobby Bare's sister. When we lived in Arizona, my mother took me to Tuscan and she was looking at Peter Brown and I wandered off. Alan Hale of Gilligans Island, picked me up and took me back to my mother. I was four years old and have no memory of this. I love the Skipper. 4. I have been married 42 years. We live in a farming community. I call it Green Acres. I have a son who is a Psychologist and his wife works in mental health. I used to work in nursing. My husband has an auto repair shop. Arizona Charlie was a card player and traveled with Wild Bill Hickocks Show. He was a relative on my father's side. 5. I am part Cherokee and Apache and 2 other Native American DNA. I am part English and I love Jane Austen, Downton Abbey and I loved Queen Elizabeth, Princess Diana and I adore Fergie and William and Catherine. 6. I love animals. I have a cat. I have 2 published books. I am a writer at WDC and a Creative Scrapbook Designer. This is me! |
