I don't carry mine around when I'm home, but it gives me peace of mind when I'm out and about.

, I use the computer more than my phone.

I gave up on my landline even though it is handy for emergencies as ♥HOOves♥

pointed out, because it didn't work most of the time and Verizon stopped providing service for it (yet I still had to pay for it, until I eventually just cancelled it).

Cell Phone, yessss! Although I do work on the computer more.
I am so sick of the landline, for the unknown and scam calls-which AT&T does nothing about, but we had it in every room from the beginning and it is a safety measure when I am alone in the house.

I love and need my cell phone. Now that I have texting on it, I wonder why we didn't do it before.

I also wish we never got rid of the land line because having Verizon go out this past week, tells me that a backup cell phone (or land line if possible) is also needed.

I never thought I needed a cell phone, but an unhappy wife who'd been unable to reach me during an unusually long return trip home from my mom's house on the other side of town changed that. I use mine more for texts than calls, and also the occasional photo. I mostly count it a blessing, although there are times it presents an annoyance I could do without.

It reminds me of California Dreamin by the Mamas and Papas, but I know there is a Simon and Garfunkel song, too.

I keep thinking of Simon and Garfunkel's song, "April, Come She Will" and hoping that spring is around the corner.

Florida sounds like a nice, warm place to be this winter. I hope you are about done with the snow events!

Pictures

Pictures. I love pictures. I am like Rose of Titanic. She traveled with her pictures when she went to stay on a ship that was hunting for Titanic treasures. What pirates! I loved all of Rose pictures.

I look at the ones on my entertainment center. Mine and my husband's wedding pictures. My parents wedding picture. My husband's mother's picture. My husband's parents wedding picture. One of me and my sister. One of my husband and I at his company Christmas Party. I have one of Jesus, the last supper and one of Queen Elizabeth. I have pictures of my parents. I have some of my son and his wife. I do love my pictures.

I have all Mom's pictures she had of me, family, friends and places we lived when Dad was in the Air Force . I promise I will scrapbook them. I used to love scrapbooking. I even have a Scrapbooking Degree. I have albums of pictures of Christmas, family, friends, pets, friends pets, Lake Michigan,Florida, Frankenmuth, Michigan,my sister, ones of Johnny Depp my son took when he saw him in person. Now, I have pictures on my phone. My kitty Bella, I made an album of. I got Grand Champion and Champion on some of my albums at the fair. Like I said, I love pictures. I hope to scrapbook Mom's pictures. I miss Mom. She did scrapbooking with me at times. Pictures. They tell stories and bring back memories. I do treasure them.
