These pages contain my thoughts, from meandering ideas and persuasions to deep cerebrations and serious mentations.
Why, for what purpose? To release my mind and set creativity free. Somewhere inside the constraints of my mind dwells a writer, a poet, an artist who paints with words. In here I release those constraints and set the artist free.
Perhaps, lost somewhere in the depths of thought, is a story or a poem, waiting to be written.
I love the idea of the dog kennel! Unprotected beds can be a great temptation for local wildlife. There are hares and deer around here as well, and even the blackbirds keep pulling my baby onions out of their beds in search of worms.
I hope that your arm and shoulder feel better soon!
find a pillow to lay pillow and lay your arm elevated, it helps, I got a bad shoulder from overuse, I cut fruit, and got a body pillow I cuddle and it helps my shoulder and my hip. Take care, and A535 helps.
Kit We are still a few weeks shy of beating winter and the birds building nests.
Wordsmitty ✍️ I remember as a kid listening to Jack McKenna's forecast on television. He was usually pretty close with his forecasts. I wonder if he looked at signs and had a woolly caterpillar. I know he always advertised for Kentucky Fried Chicken with a family bucket and eating piece to tease us all.
The weather has a sting in its tail over here still as well. One moment we have frost, then some sun, then hail... The birds are building their nests though. Spring is coming!
Just remember that the weather service is trying to predict Mother Nature. She can be a little tempermental. Plus not liking to be fooled, she doesn't like to be shown up that she is so easily predictable. Now, if they would just look at the signs like in the old days with wooly catipillers and . . .
Robert Waltz I agree, it's still a bit cool, I did have to wear a flannel vest over my sleeveless shirt. Mid-seventies is perfect; especially for enjoying that beer and or wine.
AmyJo-Spring's finally here! I enjoyed the nice day, but spring is a flirt and a tease; we are back to barely thawing days and below freezing nights with a possibility of some snow. The worst isn't the weather, it's trying to decide how to dress each day. Shenanigans, Tom-foolery, and buffoonery are always in season.
