Harry Potter Day has been celebrated at Hogwarts School of Wizardry for nineteen years All Order of Phoenix members disguised themselves as Harry back then to save him Rumor has it that the Order members had fought bravely, and Harry's owl did as well Rampaged Death Eaters were beaten, but poor Hegwig the owl became a fallen warrior Year after year students disguise themselves as Harry and preform a play to reenact the events Polyjuice is given freely to the new generation of Hogwarts students on Harry Potter Day On this particular day, Professor McGonagall chose the students for the play with care Three worthy students were entrusted with the noble honor Trustworthy Scorpius Malfoy had been given the lead role, to his dad, Draco's, delight Everyone knew that Rose Weasey, Ron and Herminone's daughter, would be selected again this year Potter family rejoiced that the son of Harry himself, young Albus, made a debut thespian appearance Decibel levels were high in the auditorium as the impressed audience applauded the show conclusion Appetites were quenched afterward, with a bountiful feast, and Honeydukes treats Yearning for next year, students slept with happy dreams at the end of Harry Potter Day |
What a sad day! Our headmaster is dead. Could this be true? We could only dread. What had happened? The Death Eaters were here. They fought like a storm. That much was clear. Draco a Death Eater? He was forced into this harm. If he wouldn't kill Dumbledore, They would surely kill his mom. Of course he couldn't do it. Which made Snape very glad. So instead he would kill Albus. Snape, inside, was sad. Harry and his friends would continue. The task was not yet done. Dumbledore's heroes would not give up Until the last fight was won. |
Loneliness etching into my soul like fine lines of stained glass Laughing wizards and dancing witches whimsically gathering to play Happy human men and women living together in content harmony I fit into nowhere except the lonely image of torment in my heart Longing for letters written by friendly hands Waiting by the mailbox and gazing at the sky, hoping for a word or a line Is there no sense of belonging for me in this life Perhaps loneliness is an enchanted dream which will be proven wrong by the waking hour's light |
A date for the dance How hard could that be, Harry Lot's of girls in school Unexpected task Having to dance at the Yule Ball Life of a hero |
The Dueling Club escalates heroic strength Harry was selected to present and vent Everything progressed well, as it was meant Draco had been chosen as Harry's foe Utter chaos suddenly changed the duel to woe Eerie scenes began to and fro Lockhart was confused, wondering how this was so Invoking a snake was a huge no, no Now Harry was speaking, and the snake seemed to know Gryfinndor would be in trouble, as the wands were aglow Children speaking Parseltongue are a bad thing to see Lockhart asked Snape, "How could this be?" Uncommon skills shouldn't be found in this army Beast be gone from this duel club, commanded Snape angrily |
"Hermione, why are we going to Hogs Head Pub? The Death Eaters can follow us in there!" Ron's panting voice cracked several times as the trio of friends ran through Hogsmeade Village. He looked over at Harry with pleading eyes. "Harry, shouldn't we run the other way. We could probably make it back to Hogwarts and.." "And what Ron? Umbridge is still there. She's the one who set the Death Eaters after us in the first place." "Up ahead," Harry beamed. "There's the pub. Let's get a move on." The three stormed into the quiet pub. Several wizards stopped talking and looked up from the rough wooden tables. "You kids in a hurry? You're not in trouble are you?" Aberforth, the owner, questioned. Hermione stepped up to the bar, while the others followed. She put on her best casual smile. "Hello Mr. Dumbledore. Sorry, we just really wanted butterbeer. Three please. We'll be right back for them." She started walking toward the back of the pub. A brief glance over at the boys told her that they were actually waiting for their butterbeer. "This way!" Hermione whispered a frantic command. The three took the hall to the staircase, and followed it to the basement. "Hermione, what exactly are we looking for?" "There's a Room of Requirement somewhere in this basement." She paced by each wall, almost chanting as she focused. Finally, one wall seemed to melt away, and morphed into an arched doorway. "Here it is. Hurry." The doorway vanished after they entered, as though it knew they needed to stay hidden. "Hermione," Harry questioned skeptically, "Can't the Death Eaters still find us in here, if they know it's here? They would know that we needed hiding requirements after all." "We're going to die. This is the end. We're going to be trapped in here!" Hermione had her wand out. "Ron calm down or I'll stun you with a Stupefy Charm I swear!" Ron looked stunned already from the young witch's tone, but he managed to mumble. "You're frightening sometimes Hermione. You know that, don't you." "Focus now, everyone." Harry once again tried to silence the bickering. "We obviously can't stay in here for very long. Let's find something that we could use to get away." "We need to find the Ring of Disillusionment. It's what I concentrated on when we came in here. We'll get it, we'll go back upstairs, drink our butterbeer so that nobody thinks anything is wrong, and then we'll leave. Once outside, we can use the Ring of Disillusionment to hide us. I've read that it opens up into sort of a secret cave for it's users. We'll be safe inside." Her eyes stared through the many objects with determination while she quickly blurted out the plan. "Fine. What does it look like?" Harry began to sort through objects along with her. "I'm not sure. Look for something that resembles a ring of some sort. The room knows we need it, so it will be here somewhere." The two looked over as Ron fell into a bunch of items, knocking over an expensive looking lamp table. "Ron, what are you doing?" Harry started, but stopped abruptly when we saw what Ron had in his hand. "Is this it? I spotted something silver that looked like a frisbee with a hole in it, so I dove down to get it." "That's it Ron!" Hermione ran over and kissed Ron on the cheek, and giggled when she saw that Ron instantly blushed. "Quickly, let's get out of here." |
The four brave champions went up to fight They'd battle for their house with all of their might Did Harry cheat to get his name in there The house of Gryffindor really didn't care Their house had two champs, despite it all So up walked Harry when he heard the call The concerned Professors began to investigate While Gryffindor House partied for their mate This is odd; What should we do Carry on, commanded Doumbledor without a clue His name was chosen, and that was clear Rules are rules, all to do now is cheer So confused young Harry joined the rest It wasn't fair, but he'd do his best He'd be a champion in the goblet's trial What will happen? We'll find out in a while |

This is the story of the lion and the serpent. The lion was always bragging about how quickly he could get from one place to another. He was truly the fastest runner of all his pride. One day, serpent decided to challenge lion to a race. The lion gladly accepted, with the understanding that if he won, he would eat the serpent. If the serpent won, he would be the new king of the jungle. A race began at once. The lion didn't really take the race seriously, as he thought it was very ridiculous. He ran a long way, and then figured he'd have plenty of time to take a nap. Lions do tend to be lazy, and rest twenty hours each day. Meanwhile, the serpent put his whole heart and soul into his quest. He was counting on the lion being lazy and often getting distracted, as most cats usually do. The serpent slithered along, concentrating on what he was doing. He used everything in his path to the best of his ability. Serpent skillfully pushed off any large rocks to speed him along. The strong scales on his body were perfect to give him the added friction he needed on the smoother surfaces. Sometime later, the lion had woken up from his nap. He took time to groom his untidy hairs which had been mussed during his sleep. Baby cub had frolicked past him, which made him giggle. He got up from his comfortable spot, and play-wrestled with baby cub for a while. That made him thirsty, so he pranced over the the bubbling brook, the sound of which seemed to beckon to him. His eyes squeezed closed in a dreamy way, as he lapped up the cool and refreshing water. Serpent was almost to the finish line. His muscles were aching, but he knew that there would be plenty of time for resting when the race was over. He also knew there would actually be plenty of time for celebrating when the race was over! There was nothing so invigorating than the feeling of accomplishment for a job well done. Lion remembered that he was in a 'race', even though he know that there was no way a slithering serpent might have a chance to beat him. The thought made him get the giggles. He started out again to cover a bit more ground. Lioness heard him giggle, and came over. She had been hunting, so she shared a bit of her lunch with him. Lion thanked her by licking her face a little. She smiled, and said good by. The food made lion thirsty again, so he went back to the brook. While he was there, he heard some songbirds singing. He stayed a while to listen to the concert. Their sweet tunes lulled him back to sleep. A short while later, the sound of jungle animals cheering woke him up. He blinked a few times in confusion, then jumped to his feet. Lion saw a chimpanzee running past, so he asked him what the racket was all about. Chimpanzee told him that serpent had crossed the finish line, and was now the new king of the jungle. Lion couldn't understand what had happened. Serpent had all to do just to slither along. Lion was able to get so many other things done, that he was sure he could have made it to the finish line in time. Serpent bragged from that day on. He was a great inspiration because he did the challenge very well. The reason was, because he is the one who is fully dedicated. The end. |

This hearing for Harry Potter just shouldn't be He was forced to conjour magic as you will see Harry needed to save himself, and his cousin, too Believing otherwise is simply to misconstrue What happened was very easy to understand The Dementors paid a visit to a Muggle land Harry had to summon a very strong Patronus Charm Without it, those Dememtors were sure to cause harm Albus Dumbledore was his witness to the defense The headmaster certainly made the boy's story make sense Dumbledore cited Clause Seven of the decree Which stated that underage magic could be used if need be Though some voted to convict Harry, like Fudge, Umbridge, and even Percy, Most found him innocent, and granted him mercy Harry would now be free to go back to school He was joyous, but learned a lesson of how people can be cruel |
Be happy people Unforgivable curses There's no need for that People make mistakes Best to forgive and forget Then we live in peace |

"You're such a jerk, Steve. I can always count on you to get us lost." "Don't say jerk in front of Katie. She's right behind us in the car seat, you know." "Dah, you don't say...Such an idiot." "Candice! Try to find a sign, so maybe we could figure out where we are." "Marauderbot," the two year old mumbled from the back. "What's that sweetie? Mommy and Daddy are just talking. We'll get off of this long, lonely road soon and then we'll stop at a Burger King or something. How's that?" "Marauderbot, Marauderbot, Marauderbot." "Oh there's a sign, Candice, see if you can read it when we go by." "Drive safely. Oh that's a helpful sign. Drive safely. As if we could drive not safely on this old country road. Why don't we just make a uturn and retrace our steps?" "That won't work. We've been driving here for like an hour. I'm hoping we come to a main road soon." "Awww! Sweetie, please don't throw things at Daddy while he's trying to drive." "What was that she threw?" "Marauderbot" "It's a map! Ohhhhhhhhhhhh! Miranda's map!! She was trying to give us the map from your sister all this while! It must have been in that sand pail next to her." Candice looked over the map. "Nice. Miranda circled where we have to go, and highlighted the roads which lead to it. Good, it looks like we're going the right way after all." Candice leaned over the seat. "Thank you, Katie. That was a very big help." |
Harry believed Snape was after him all along. In the final chamber, Harry realized he couldn't have been more wrong. It wasn't Snape, Quirrell had said. It was me and Voldemort who wanted you dead. It's what's in your pocket, my master must own. Hand it over, Potter. Hand over that stone! Harry really knew he must do something. If Voldemort got the stone, much evil it would bring. You're evil to have Voldemort's face behind yours. You follow his bidding, and do all his chores. There's no good or evil, you foolish little pest. ..Only those who have power, and weakness for the rest. Harry discovered his touch could cause Voldemort pain. He grabbed him tightly, for freedom to gain. It worked, later Dumbledore would be there to say. You burned the two faced man, and once again saved the day. |

Dad, This is Ron. I only have a moment, but I wanted to get an owl out to you. Sorry, please don't tell mum, but Harry, Hermione and I got in trouble, and now we're getting detention. Oh, yeah, Neville and Draco are also getting detention, too. Dad, the reason why I'm writing, is that we're being sent on an assignment to help Hagrid on something in the bloody Forbidden Forest. If you don't hear from me again by tomorrow, please look into our whereabouts. I'll send another owl when (if) we return to let you know we're alright. I'm feeling uneasy to say the least about visiting a forest that has spiders and black flowers, as though we're going on some sort of class field trip! Dad, I heard rumors that there are trolls and giants roaming about. ...Not to mention danger from werewolves and blood sucking bugbears. Got to go, or who knows where they'll send me if I show up late. Bye Dad. Your son, Ron |
"Harry, why are we going into the Forbidden Forest again? We killed the basilisk in the Chamber of Secrets. The enemies of the heir are safe now. It's over Harry! Let's turn back. Nothing good ever comes of entering this Forest. In fact..." "Oh Ron, really! Stop your jabbering." Herminone rolled her eyes. "You sound like a nervous first year. If I'm correct about what Moaning Myrtle mentioned in our last conversation with her, there might actually be a second basilisk in this very forest. All of the witches and wizards with any muggle born blood could still be in danger. We have to find out." "Fine, let's quickly find a unicorn to ask, and be on our way out of here. We shouldn't spend one more moment longer than we have to." "Hush up, both of you." Harry's eyes scanned the area. His face, tightened in deep concentration, revealed that he hadn't been listening to the bickering. "That way." Harry began to walk in the direction where he pointed. "I'm sure Aragog's cave is right across that glen." "Aragog?" You're joking! You don't intend that we speak to the giant spider again? He nearly killed us all the last time we visited him, and my parent's car won't save us this time." "Ron, if you don't stop it, I'll turn you into a car..." Herminone raised her wand. Harry casually put his hand on Herminone's to lower her wand. His gaze looked across her and over to his red haired companion. "Ron, calm down. Myrtle said the brother of the basilisk was hidden in this forest near the spiders, in order to keep anyone from finding it. We're not going to disturb Aragog if we could avoid it. I just think we should have a look around to see if there might be another cave here, or something which a basilisk might fit in. Let's keep our voices down while we're in Aragog's territory." "Ron," herminone whispered as they approached a darker part of the forest. "The plan is that if and when we find something, we'll bring the information to Dumbledore. He'd know what to do. Honestly, Ron, if you hadn't been so involved in eating so many Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans, you might have heard the plan while Harry and I were discussing.." An abrupt stumble stopped her from finishing her sentence. Ron grabbed his friend's arm before she fell. "Thanks Ron. It's so dark here. I didn't notice that tree stump." Herminone looked around at the eerie surroundings. The wood of the creeping trees was colored deep russet, with the leaves almost an ebony tone in some places. Up above, rays of the sun failed in their struggle to peek through. Harry looked down at what Herminone bumped into. "Hang on, that's not a stump." He squatted down for further inspection, and held out his wand. "Lumos." The wand obeyed his command by producing a dull light. "Just as I thought. This isn't a stump at all. This is part of a shedded snake skin. Let's tell Dumbledore." The three looked at each other in understanding, and started back to the school. |
