Are you like me...where did March go? I mean, it just got started and now, it almost has ended. Wow!

Well, for today, I want to rant about vitamins. I just took a few and then I will later take a few more. There is the A, Bs, C, D, E not sure about an F, G, H, I, J? K is good. I take calcium, potassium, magnesium, and a whole shelf more.

And they say you better get the best as some of these vitamins do not dissolve in our system. I shop at Walmart because now that is all I can afford. I went to a nutritionist once and was on a special regiment but I could not afford that anymore. I am not sure it helped that much. I don't really eat improperly...I like vegetables, fruit, protein, eggs, don't drink a lot of milk but do like sweets.

So, maybe it is the sugar that zaps the source of energy I am suppose to get from all of these vitamins? Any input out there???
