Wolves A few years ago, I virtually adopted a black wolf through a conservation habitat. At the time, he was recovering from a serious leg injury. I followed his journey from a distance, receiving quarterly updates and photos that quietly became something I looked forward to more than I ever expected. When he finally healed, he was released back into the wild—to run free with his pack, where he belonged. Though he never lived with me physically, I supported him from afar and felt deeply connected to his story. The final image I received was of him running strong beside his family in the wilderness. It remains one of my favorite reminders that some bonds endure, even across distance, even without touch. Wolves will remain my primary focus here. You will also find a mix of other animals, mostly art and some photography, for kindred spirits who share a love for the wild and a respect for the natural world. I believe deeply in letting wolves run free. They matter. They belong. And their survival is tied to our willingness to understand, protect, and coexist rather than fear. Thank you for visiting. Your support helps keep my wild spirit alive. |
