I'm always confused or worrying about something, and here I let it all out.

I'm eighteen. I'm constantly unsure of who I am, where I'm going, and what I want. Here I try and help myself, and you, to understand why that might be...or whether I just think about things far too much.

I'm 17 and in my first year of sixth form, and i really really need to find some motivation to work in my frees. i just can't focus at home with the t.v and my family all around me, and yet at school i always have at least one friend that has a free at the same time and i end up wasting hours talking about, well, crap really :/ i need help, how do you manage to focus in your frees?

Dear Kira: Cheer up! I know is tough being your age but hold on, sweetie! Just think this will be the last time you'll be taking the stupid test anyway. I freak out a lot in High School for nothing 'cause I passed all my exams with flying colors. But best yet I had fun at prom night.
Be you and enjoy this because once you turn 21 your life flies by so fast you're gonna wish you were 18 again. Chin up!

We all go through that. Sometimes it feels like you can't move an inch more. But somehow we can. The trick is to remember to smile every now and then. Give yourselfan an hour a week to do something just for yourself, or 10 min every day. Will make a big difference. Keep fighting. It keeps one in shape.lol

I couldn't agree with you more. We are all so connected and just as you can spread a bad mood, lies, stress, anxiety, and all negative things - you can also spread good stuff.

And I often think of the movie Life is Beautiful and think that actually all you really have control over is your part of the world - so control it and be happy, spread happy.... !

Just reading your blog for the first time. I did a degree in psychology. You interested in going into counselling? Sounds cool.

I was thinking that maybe changing your journal format (so you can see them all entries at once) would make more people read it.
