The newbie question I just answered in the Technical Support Forum was "How do I actually WRITE stories?" (Capital letter "write" was hers not mine).

I was thinking that since it was not a technical problem... Well, anyway, I have no problem answering any question anywhere. I gave her an answer; but I also gave her the link to the "Noticing Newbies". I did not tell her not to use Tech Support. I just told her that she could find extra help at "Noticing Newbies" and that she may want to check it out. I also pointed her to "Get Started"
