There are no lines in between people, except those drawn by our bias or imagination. This is what I believe in.

Humanity is a whole although made up of parts and each part is a representative of the whole. For this reason alone, we need governments that address the people as a whole, not as belonging to one party or another or to one continent or another or to one race or another.

In the same vein, cultural heritage is the collective story of humanity as a whole. If so, why do conquering nations break, annihilate, or mar the culture of another? Don’t they know what they are hurting is themselves?
