This week, I'm starting a new course from "The Great Courses" called "The Art of Reading." I'll do three lessons per week, about 30 minutes each, and write a paper about them. I'm going to start rewriting an older short story of mine using what I recently learned about characters from Orson Scott Card. That should take a couple of hours a day. I'll read at least an hour a day for pleasure to see if I can cut into my stack of novels waiting for me.
