To continue work on my activity here on WDC
To make a one week (or longer) meal plan, eating the way I should be eating and used to eat, when I was lean and fit and felt great! And, organize my recipes for healthy eating. I also need to get my treadmill brought in the house from the garage, but need help, as it is HEAVY! This will eliminate excuses for not getting in activity. So basically this week will be putting together my plan of action to be put in place next Monday, or sooner.
Start work on a group I am going to start here on WDC. I may decide to hold off on the activity for a while, and focus on the group for now. We shall see what I decide.
