Under Construction - MHWA Retreat

I'm not a religious person either, and I did not know this about you, I'm sure you didn't know that about me either. I've never mentioned it anywhere on this site. For reason. I don't care that someone is or isn't. But I love how you described how it feels when someone does leave a religious blessing or such for you. I rolled out of my chair laughing because I understand it. I don't mind at all if someone wishes me blessings or wants to pray for me, by all means, go for it, but don't ask me to. And DON'T force me or bully me into your beliefs, I'll back off, quickly, from those who do. I'm not sure what I believe in one way or another, I just know my religion is this: Treat others the way you want to be treated and not because of fear you won't go to heaven or you'll go to hell, but because it's just the right and moral thing to do.
Anyway, love this post. Absolutely agree with be careful who you allow to support you. Lessons learned the hard way.
