To be fair, the Duras brothers really only show up when whoever has the masks starts fucking things up and has people who are swapped act out in a way that's very noticable. So long as the whoever owns the Libra uses even a modicum of caution and don't get unlucky, the brothers are pretty unlikely to ever catch on to them given the nature of the masks.
