Transferring Writing

During the past month or so, I have been dealing with some personal issues. I wanted to still add items to my portfolio so I transferred some of my devotions from another website (DailywalkwithGod and WSUMC). But I never thought to check first to see if this is permissible.

I'm feeling better now and plan on writing new devotions to add to my portfolio. But I just wanted to know if what I did was ok.
