I cannot get ANY messages in my Writing.com email inbox to load, and haven’t been able to for quite some time. On mobile, I just get a completely blank screen (besides the Writing.com page borders) when I click on a message. On the desktop site, I get a “This message is in a format that can’t be previewed” message if I try to hover over it, and then if I click on it, the email just goes to a screen with a neverending loading wheel. The message never loads.
Again, this is with EVERY message- even “New Chapter” interactive notifications, etc. Any idea what the issue is and how to fix it? I’ve received messages recently from users I haven’t talked to on here in ages that I’d really like to read, and especially since I pay for an account I feel like this limitation is very annoying. Thanks!
