Dunno why you call it PMT. What's the T stand for? The S in PMS is "syndrome", like it's an illness, which is actually pretty derrogatory. (If only I could spell! O, if only I could spell!)

Candida albicons is basically a yeast infection in your body (in, like, your gut?). You get it from eating foods that the yeasts in your body feed on: yeast, refined foods (especially sugars), canned foods with traces of mold, etc. Blah blah blah. All the yummy foods are bad for the yeast in your body. I mean, good for the yeast -- but the yeast in your body is bad for you. In me, it causes depression and some other physical stuff.

Anyway. Eating junk food inspiring the song (Emtpy) Chip Bags which is Bad Ettiquitte's first real song! We sung it today at the tops of our voices.
