"A Problem Page For All!"

I've come 'round to your way of thinking. Go for the carrots, Catsy. The fast was muddling my brain....

Have any of you ever fasted? This was the second one I've done. I did my first one last week. Cherie and I are going to do one 24-hour fast every week; then, by the end of May, our bodies will be used to it and we can progress to a 4-day fast. And then a 10-day. Cat, have you read any of Paul Bragg/Patricia Bragg's books about fasting and/or diet? They've written crazily -- absolutely unorganized -- but they've got some wonderful stuff in them. I'm totally convinced of the terrific benefits of fasting. It's actually rather fun to fast, in a backwards sort of way. And it makes you appreciate food very, very much!

Hmmmmm. I'll find something to send for your birthday; never fear. Ooh! Ooh! You might send something for me?! That's sweeeeeeeet.

I can't wait for your letter! I keep asking Cherie every morning if there's anything from Caitlin and she keeps shaking her head. (Cherie beats me to the mail these days because I've been sleeping so much and so late. Why do I seem to need 10 hours of sleep these days? Blarg. Maybe I have mono.)
