Chapter #5

First growth

Spider-man had seen what had happened. He gave up his pursuit of the the their and rushed to her side.
"MJ are you alright?" asked Spider-man. He helped her to her feet.
"Yeah I'm fine," replied Mary Jane. "I just feel a little tingly."
"That's great I thought you were hurt."
"No in fact I feel great. I feel like I can run a marathon."
"I think it's best to take you home. But first I need to return this first."
Spider-man picks up the matter expander and goes back to the lab. While he was doing that MJ looked at her hands. Then a jolt of electricity jolted from on finger to the next. She was freaked out by this. Eventually Spider-man returned. But she didn't want to tell him.
He took her back home. When he left she went straight to bed and went almost instantly to sleep.
The next day she was in her history class. Peter was sitting at the desk next to her. Her teacher was talking about history.
"Okay class Nicolas II was the Tsar of Russia," said the Teacher. "What year was he forced to abdicate?"
Mary Jane was really taking any notice. She saw two people holding hands. It was obvious they were in love.
"Argh isn't that sweet," thought Mary Jane. Then sh felt weird. She looks at her hands. The electricity was jumping like wild fire. Also her hands looked like they were getting bigger. Then she noticed her legs were getting longer. She soon realised she was growing.
