Rob Wants to Lose Weight

"You know what? You're right, Ad. I should keep myself in shape." Rob looked down at his roll of jelly.

Ad slapped Rob on the back and said "That's what I want to hear, man! Let's head down to the gym tonight and work off that blubber you're keeping stored there."

"Yeah, man. Can't wait."

A couple of hours later, after the guys' stomachs digest the junk food they'd scarfed down that afternoon....
