You decide that no one would have any use for the remaining beverage and you are just dying to get a drink. After all, you really deserve one given the circumstances.
Thus, you climb into the bottle. The glass is slippery and hard to stand on, but you manage to reach the pool of liquid in the bottle's center. Bending down, you collect some of it in your hands and start drinking. The taste is great and you really needed a drink. The alcohol goes to your head immediately, of course. Forgetting all fear, you sit down in the pool and start drinking.
You don't get far, though, as the bottle is suddenly lifted. There is nothing you could hang on to, so you drop to the bottom when it is held straightened up. The fear and shock have sobered you up enough to fully realize your predicament (although you still feel like giggling at its absurdity). You are thrown about as the bottle is rotated and then emptied into a very small glass (still much too big for the drink and far too high for you to scale). You are feeling dizzy and a bit sick.
The glass is handed over the counter and in spite of the distorting effect, you are able to recognize Patricia through the clear walls of your prison. Patricia is a fine girl, a bit head strong (read: she turned down your offers for a date) though. She has short, blonde hair and is wearing a blue blouse and trousers of the same hue. You had always wanted to get close to her, but this is going a bit too far.
Oblivious to your tiny shape, Patricia moves the glass to her mouth parting her gorgeous lips to reveal the giant, glistening cavern beyond. You shiver at that deadly beauty. Suddenly everything turns upside down and you are thrown forward as Patricia downs the drink. By some special prank of fate, you are propelled at her uvula, soft, warm and slimey, while the drink is making its way into her throat. Do you desperately cling to her uvula, although you won't be able to hold onto its slick surface for long, or do you take your fate with pride, and let go? What do you do?
