This mucus carry up all the dust that enter the lungs, you remenber. This dusts are coated with mucus, and carry up to the nose: That's a way out! But you are bigger than a dust! And if you help the mucus to carry you out? Its' sticky, and the flow goes out, you can try to climb and follow the mucus in her nose...
You are happy, you have a way out! But you want to explore a little more...
OH HELL! WHAT'S THIS SMOKE! It's start to smell as a ashtray in here! She smoke, BEURKKKK!
In the smoke, in front of you, you can see an evil color: Here, in the depth of her lung, you have seen the beggining of a cancer!
But it's not too late if you warn her!
You have always love this girl, even if you are a non smoker, and if she smell horibly bad cigarettes for you, and you know, now that she have a cancer, a VERY SMALL one, one not noticed... YOU CAN SAVE HER! AND IF YOU SAVE HER, PERHAPS... She will be grateful to you, she will fell in love with you, she stop smoking... Obviously you must grower before beiing her lover, but now you have a chance!
But first going out there!
In the smoke you start to climb up there! As she smoke the mucus is thick and sticky, but you climb slowly...
HAAAA! You fell better: she have finished her cigarette! No more smoke!
You are now out of the lung, but you dont know the direction to take...Obviously she is lying perhaps in a sofa, drunked? If she stand still, the directions where obvious:
down, the stomach, and up the nose and the mouth, but now... You ave two direction: to the right, and to the left! What is the good choice? If you take the good one, you climb in her nose, and if you take the wrong, il will be down her stomach!
You want to take the good direction, not only for you, but because you have always love that girl, you want to save her (and hoping she noticed you and felt in love with you for that)!
