say you are not interested

You nod your head as you understand what the old man is saying.....but then you feel a deep fear of a trap that seems to resonate from the statue....and you pull away from the old man.
With a sad grin on your face, you bow to him, but then you shake your head as you back away from him,...and the ring he is offering to you.
"No,....no,....no, my dear man. I am not interested in that, tho she is a lovely, and desiring statue to behold. I am also quiet sure the authorities would be very displeased with your scam,...or enticing ways to trap men,....by your foul sorcery.....But, I will do you this favor....I am going to leave and will never return...."
"And?, " queried the old man as he watches you back to the door,.....
"And???...I will just hope you get rid of this trap you have....or move....or disappear I care not,....but I do not want to see your face again....or you will die by my hands.....I promise you,....old man!" You growl out that last as you quickly leave that small shop.....leaving the door open as you walk briskly away.
The old man follows you with his eyes,....then he quickly closes the door.....Inside, he screams to the door, as if you could hear him,....as he also, at the same time, whispers the spell to make the room as it once was....and dilapidated, unused hovel of a house/shop,.....
"YOU WERE A FOOL.....DEAR SIR!" he cackles,....and then the room and he, with the statue disappears......
