Alas, you've already given her the dosed drink. In the heat of the day, she eagerly drinks. No attempt at ladylike decorum, she's trying to show her insatiable appetite. Her throat works, as she gulps it down in the same fashion as you did. Empty the bottle like a man, as if she were challenging you.
You can only watch fascinated, unsure how or when the transformation will happen. There's a look of confusion on Sashra's face, as she walks towards her mount. It's clear she wants the opposite, to move closer to you to have a conversation. But, it's as if they're being drawn together.
The snuffling uncertainty of her mount betrays his discomfort. It's only now you notice that she's chosen a stallion to ride, too. That's not what you expected. Generally, socially, men ride the stallions, the battlehardened mounts. While women ride the more docile fillies and biddable mares.
Sashra's eyes lock with yours daring you to explain her behaviour. She knows you're behind this, the accusation clear in the fiery defiance. But, she reaches backwards, and as she caresses her mount she starts to merge with it.

The two become one creature, and you get your centauress. Though not quite in the way you expected, and not quite the creature you expected either. Sashra is still undeniably feminine, but she's far more muscular and intimidating than you pictured.
Even her human torso is thick with veins and bulging with strength.
