The boy is no use and plain ugly too, so you just behead him with your sword. A silent but messy kill, then you get rid of the body and carry the empty sack to a closer location to the castle.
You hide inside the sack waiting for the hemchmen to find your concealed self. It does work, you heard some footsteps. But what now?
