Lacus began to whimper at the sight of the feather, but had tried not to show any form of resentment towards it and instead show forms of apathy. It was at that moment that she had inexplicably managed to deceive Meer with her faulty facial expressions, and she had chucked the feather towards the side for later use. "I rather enjoyed our little massage from before, so I think I'll be using my fingers instead", Meer said in a sneering manner. It was at that moment that she had started to drag her fingers swiftly across the soles of Lacus' bound feet. Lacus screamed in sheer agony, and struggled mercilessly to free herself somehow, but her bonds were tightly secured around her wrists and ankles, and she could only express her misery through laughter.
"Heheheheaaah!!! Pleeeheeahaheeese, stohohohohahhhp! I behehhehegh ohfhfhfhf yhouuu! Hehehehehhehehheehheehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe! AHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAA!!!"
Lacus' cries were only heard in vain and by Meer alone, who was highly amused and enthralled by all of this. "Sorry, Princess, but you're going to be here for quite some time.You may as well get comfortable, because I don't want this to ever have to end," Meer said in both an alluring and devious tone while pulling away from her feet. "I can't have you passing out on me," she explained. Lacus was slowly trying to come to her senses, gasping for air slowly and then trying to find a way out of her bonds--nothing seemed to budge. "Please, just let me go," Lacus said in an inconsolable tone. "I'll do anything you want, just please don't tickle me any longer."
Meer began to grow annoyed with Lacus' constant pleas for her to be released. It was then that she decided to gag her, but didn't know what she should use--a bright red ballgag she had stashed away for possible later use, or improvise with pieces and bundles of cloth, so that she may resume torturing Lacus.
